trying to remap this key , mostly seen on lenovo laptops in brazil

to be the right ctrl

sometimes keyboards for laptops gets small changes to accodotate certain languages

#

but im using the US Keyboard layout so the "?, Slash" key is never used, so i wanted to remap it to right ctrl
