I am trying to install librewolf but there is an error with the public key

You should be able to manually download the GPG key

https://gpg.librewolf.net/

gpg --import librewolf.asc

how do you know what server to look for?

it says "gpg: can't open 'librewolf.asc': No such file or directory
gpg: Total number processed: 0"

download that gpg file to the repo
