This install is several months old and I haven't had any issues until today. It is NOT dual booted. I hard wire for internet and I only noticed something was wrong when my Bluethooth starting acting up and not connecting. I have google searched as much as i can, but I cannot find any posts that are my exact issue.

The details (From my own research I believe this is all the important info):
https://paste.rs/kgWZW.txt

To summarize what I can tell, The hardware is seen, the correct firmware is determined and loaded, then trying to initialize the hardware fails?
The wifi module is loaded. If I unload and reload the module I get the same error in dmesg.

I updated the kernel on the 20th from (6.12.9.arch1-1 -> 6.12.10.arch1-1), and it worked fine until today, so it is not likely the issue.

Most of the posts I could find were about dual booting with windows fast boot, and an error code -110. This is not the issue on my machine.

I believe the important line are
[ 17.304533] iwlwifi: No config found for PCI dev 7af0/0000, rev=0x430, rfid=0x3010a100 [ 17.304546] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: probe with driver iwlwifi failed with error -22
but I cannot find anything regarding this, and I may be entirely wrong on what Is causing the problem.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

These could be separate issues

For wifi, please type ip a in terminal and for Bluetooth what sound manager are you using? (Pipewire, etc)

For sound it's Pipewire. If you think it's a separate issue I'll provide specifics to the behavior.

My headphones wouldn't connect, but the computer showed a connection anyways. It would stall on trying to disconnect. Enabling and disabling Bluetooth had no effect. I tried stopping and starting the service but that didn't help either. Now it's show disabled and I can't enable it.

I'll get you the other item soon.

Sigh.... I picked up my computer and brought it home to troubleshoot it, and everything is working fine after booting up. I did several restarts during my troubleshooting earlier, and even did full shutdowns, but I guess all it needed was the power cable removed for 10 minutes. Sorry to bother you I guess. If you have any suggestions about why this happened, or other troubleshooting steps I could take in the future I'll gladly hear them, but as for this issue I will marked it solved.
