[SOLVED] Reinstalling Arch from running installation

how to reinstall arch from itself? i'm moving my server to run containers instead of everything on host, and so i don't need majority of packages nor bloat that i have currently now. is there like a way of telling pacman to uninstall everything, and keep certain packages (base, linux etc). or it's better just to wipe my root drive
