When was this motherboard launched? If it's new then linux needs time bcz asus is the worst in providing support for linux if you can return it then I suggest you do that and buy something else like Asrok or any good brand (fuck you asus) and no you can't install windows drivers on linux

I don't know man but I think Asrock will work (not 100% sure but they have a good track record) I have never seen anyone having issue on linux on Asrock but still test that motherboard if you can before buying, like using a live usb
