here it started,
i also discovered, if i use dd command to flash another .iso on it, lsblk shows 1 partition while cfdisk shows 2, it should be 2
then if i reboot and i look back into cfdisk on this drive there is just one partition

The fix was to in bios select an option to open boot menu if f12 is clicked

Then click f12
And I can boot into the usb
