i had garuda on my hdd working fine then when i etched a usb of windows downlaoded it on the ssd linux wont launch even when i select it

- I had win 10 then switched to garuda and deleted said windows then wanted to dual boot so i Formatted my ssd to download windows (my linux is on my hdd) and when that was done i couldn't boot into the linux when i selected the hdd in boot menu

More detail is my hdd is split into 2 first has my old windows data and second has my linux os
Also found these on the iso can these help? I tried reinstalling grub as mbr and root and it didn't work idk how to use restore
