Check if a window is on screen with gnome/mutter as root/sudo (Wayland)

Is this possible? if so I want to know how I can make a loop that waits until the window is not on screen anymore.

gnome-initial-setup has a bug where the process doesn't close even after the window does, which is why I'm asking this
