NeoVim Pointers

Hello,
Looking for pointers to starting off in NeoVim like with how plugins work and recommendations for tutorials for it. I mostly write scripts in Python and Bash for automation purposes. But, was looking to try NeoVim for personal usage.

I have neovim already installed, though I'm not seeing anything in ~/.config
