same wallpaper looks pretty different on my laptop and desktop, the difference is driving me crazy. Does anyone know how to tweak the colors so that it doesn’t look so bad

if you're lucky, you have a premade color profile for your exact display panel
it should be somewhere on the internet
if you're not, well, you'd have to get a set of tools to make one, if you even want to go down that rabbit hole
