Hyprland doesn't start at my old Laptop. I installed it exact the same Like I did on my main device. The only difference is that my Old one uses MBR since it has a Bios. My Main one is on GPT UEFI. The Error is: Failed to read Wayland events: Broken Pipe.

After killing it via a secondary tty

so if you kill it, you will see the broken pipe. the connection is expected to be available and when you kill it the connection or pipe will be broken.

which tty are you in?

usually 7 or 3 is the gui

i think arch does tty 1 now

Well if I launch it either via Tty or Sddm it freezes? and theres just a black/darkgrey screen. Im unable to do anything on that "space"

hyprland was installed with no display manager and no desktop environment correct?

if there was a manager or environment then the configuration for them may still be active and not using hyprland. this would be a misconfiguration.

Yes, Ive installed arch + Hyprland countless times on my main device. I dont think it's an installation issue

Well its a fresh installation without anything. + Hyprlands config file is still the default one

The default one + Im currently launching via tty, I disabled the service

can you run the command cat ~/.local/share/sddm/wayland-session.log

if you are running sddm via terminal then you might have a permissions issue

I am not running sddm at the moment just launching via tty
