I did delete my config and restarted but that did not do anything

I had to delete my gtk-3.0 config (https://github.com/ErikReider/SwayNotificationCenter/issues/240)

but how am now I am unable to change the theme of nemo as I wasnt able to do anything to change the theme other than that :(
