When trying to do anything it uses way more cpu than it used to and is very slugish. At first I though it was bust x11 or kde so i reset their configs but that didnt fix it, then i did a full reinstall and that also didnt fix it.

I just check what frequency each core is running at and they are all at 400 MHz, performance and efficient
I reset my bios to default settings so I dont think its that

apparently its an issue with the laptop it self, thanks for the help, hopefully framework will send me a replacement
