Adding roles for DM preferences.

Has this server considered making DM roles? To elaborate, you basically list via a role if you are comfortable having open DMs with anyone, want someone to ask you for permission to DM, or you just don't want DMs. I've found it to be a nice tool particularly for neurodivergent peeps in other communities.

genuine question is there something wrong with the discord settings to allow/disallow dms or dm requests from non-friended server members?
