have you tried unparing and paring again?

#

yes

inner arrow
#
scan on
remove XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX # if it had already been paired
trust XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
pair XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
connect XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX

try this

lucid wedge
#

Did anything work?
If not,
I'd advice to remove that device, then turn visibility (of the system) (if you're using KDE) On if it's currently not, just before, then only you scan, pair, connect and trust the device.
Reboot the system, I wish it to work for you.

Hey there try these:
@dire belfry
Check Bluetooth adapter status:

bluetoothctl list

Remove and re-pair the device by typing the following commands in bluetoothctl;

pair XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
connect XX:XX:XX:XX:XX ```

(replace XX:XX:XX:XX:XX with the Bluetooth address of your headphones)

Restart Bluetooth service:

```sudo systemctl restart bluetooth ```
Check logs for errors:
```journalctl -u bluetooth ```

Update blueZ and blueZ utils:

``` sudo pacman -Syu bluez bluez-utils ```
