on Intel HD 3000 it never did this on endeavouros or parrotos (debian based os) and gets 200-300fps as well

just installed literally a fresh installation of both KDE which didn't work, and xfce which did the same thing.

how do I fix this?

Uninstall all the minecraft launchers you installed, and then go to your home path and delete .minecraft folder permanently
