searching up your model in the arch wiki gives a page which tells you that you must use the t2linux kernel https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Laptop/Apple#Model_list and that the stuff that doesn't work without it includes wifi, bluetooth, trackpad, and the internal keyboard (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Laptop/Apple#All_Intel_MacBooks_since_2018)
