yo can i have some help with turning an arch machine into a router please thanks

ethernet port/WAN = enp3s0
wifi card/WLAN = wlan0
IPv4 only
WAN gateway = 10.1.1.1
WAN static IP = 10.1.1.30
WLAN IP = 10.7.4.1
WLAN DHCP = 10.7.4.2 - 10.7.4.30

i can't figure out how to do it myself because i'm an idiot and stuff keeps failing
