What program did you use to burn the ISO?

The USB is fucked. Use the Linux Mint ISO (instructions at linuxmint.com), connect to interet, open a terminal, and run sudo -s apt install arch-install-scripts

I used two different usbs and I used rufus

The usbs are fine I installed it on my laptop as well

Rufus can be problematic at times.

USB should be fine by itself if re-flashed.

I usually use ventoy myself for ISOs like Arch.
