I'm trying to use Winsur as a theme for KDE and it's working fine using Kvantum. Dolphin is transparent and blurred and it's all fine, just the window decorations does NOT want to blur at all. I don't know how to fix this and still haven't found the reason for it to happen. Why doesn't this work out of the box even though it's the exact same theme?
