Hello! i am setting up my system with a WM (hypr) and i have a gtk3 installed. I have been wondering if i have a choice between gtk and qt. if yes, then what factors can i use to decide between them

okay i think this might have been a dumb question. i thought that gtk and qt work like graphic backends and applications can switch between them at runtime
