#brightness toggle

I am on parrot live boot on a desktop. There is no brightness toggle at. Not even where it is generally on laptop. I tried xrandr and xbacklight. No +ve results. Physical buttons of monitor is already at zero. Please somebody help it's legit hurting my eyes😭

Thanks guys really appreciate you guys giving your time but I actually got xrandr way working somehow but I went ahead and tried all of yours suggestions so you people don't feel bad👍🏻<3
