When attempting to set my EPP with sudo echo "balance_power" | sudo tee /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/energy_performance_preference I get tee: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/energy_performance_preference: Device or resource busy

Im using ubutu 23.04 with kernel 6.5.5 Xanmod

My parameters are quiet splash rcu_nocbs=0-11

Since pstate=active is the default in 6.5.5
