As shown in the image, trying to boot the official latest vanilla Arch Linux ISO from a USB gets stuck in this phase. Surprisingly enough, no Linux distro is capable of booting in my laptop now, I tried Ubuntu, Fedora, and others, none of them boot.
Relevant specs:
I even tried with different USB sticks, different USB ports of my laptop, none of that worked.

also i see that error regarding TPM, i dont know much about TPM and how it regards to linux but may be worth looking into
disable TPM/secure boot for testing sake

Nah, stuck again in the same exact thing
It's strange how I can't get Linux to boot, but a USB with windows on it boots perfectly fine
It can be something related to the kernel version? Because all distros I tested today have Linux 6.x.x, but a while ago I used to have Kubuntu on this exact same laptop with Linux 5.19.x

Well, I downloaded and tested Kubuntu to see if it works, and it did not boot
But Windows installation boots perfectly
Edit 2: Something weird just happened. I am making a bootable USB of Arch Linux (again) but this time selecting MBR partition type in Rufus. It asked me to download Syslinux, and that never happened when doing a GPT partition USB. Does GPT uses Syslinux?

gpt is a parition table scheme that is newer than mbr it isn't a program since your specifing the partition table of the live usb it doesn't matter so much

i mean the live usb's partition table doesn't matter much but using the command mkfs.gpt(makes the partiton table gpt) during installation is important for speed and partition size
also since mbr is deprecated rufus is asking you to insatll a package to make the live usb boot from mbr
try disabling csm boot since that is the older boot standard
