so did you install it with pacman -S pycharm-community-edition

Open the Gnome Tweaks application from the dash. Go to Windows Tittlebars section and toggle Maximize/Minimize buttons on.

you can open chrome in the terminal and see why its not opening, just do google-chrome in the terminal it will hopefully output the error
