I'm trying to clean up this system but I can't find more information about this command? I'm not sure if clicking yes to all this is going to ruin my system...now.

it will only clear unused packages from cache so no it will have no effect on your system if you say yes to everything

you can find better info by searching for pacman -Sc since it's just using that through yay
