cutefish-core requires libpulse, which requires jack2, so if you're trying to install pipewire, those will be in conflict, and thus archinstall won't know what to do.
if you are just installing cutefish and pulse, or not selectiong audio, you might want to create an issue unless you're installing another package that has pipewire as a dependency
another option could be use archinstall to install everything but cutefish, and then install cutefish afterwards
