I'm using arch Linux with Btrfs, and out of nowhere everything freezes .. I can only move the mouse, but I can do nothing with it, being forced to restart the computer... With swap..

I'd recommend using the magic sysrq sequence instead of hard resetting
btrfs is very prone to corruption if you hard reset it
which I had to learn the hard way
I had some hard crashes a while ago and after that I had to reinstall my system
also check journalctl -b -1 to get the log of the previous boot
