[SOLVED] Gnome no output device found

Hey, I've some issues with my ArchLinux installation. I've pipewire 0.3.71 installed and when accessing Gnome's audio settings, only "Dummy output" is shown. Any ideas how to fix that? I tried already the common solution on the internet.

The audio devive is just the speaker of my laptop. Now it's "Dummy Output"

I've installed PavuControl and no profile is selected (and the others are unavailable "unplugged")
