Motherboard: Gigabyte x670 aorus elite ax

Primary GPU: Powercolor Red Devil 7900xtx

Secondary GPU: Asus TUF 3080ti

Very strange issue I'm having. Intially I thought I was unable to use internet because I was using dual GPUs, but upon further testing, using any GPU in either of the bottom two PCIe slots causes me to be completely unable to connect to either ethernet or wifi.

I'm using IOMMU, and I noticed when checking my IOMMU groupings, any time a second GPU was inserted, it was placed in group 24 along my ethernet controller and network controller. Is that why this is happening?

almost certainly iommu related if you are trying to setup a passthrough kvm

update your uefi firmware

Do you mean like... my bios? Because I've already tried a bios update
