when i lcick off it / mouse off, its looks ok but i cant use the application, i tried reinstalling it too any ideas

its just on regulra filezilla, a restart fixed it however programs seem to suspend in this grey state if i restart while they are open
im trying to find a way to pkill it.
FIlezilla is installed via pacman
im using KDE
