I was updating my arch installation recently and while doing so the screen turned off and it went into sleep mode. This apparently destroyed lots of parts of the install because I've had to work to properly update everything. I've finally gotten it to boot, but now when I try to use pacman I just get the error, "error: could not open file /var/lib/pacman/local/lilibus-1.5.28-4/desc: No such file or directory" yes I've researched the issue lots and I havent come up with anything and any help would greatly appreciated.

when doing sudo pacman -R lilibus

Interesting, what's in /var/lib/pacman/local/lilibus?
my install doesn't seem to have that directory
and it oddly doesn't show up on the arch repo or the aur
