I installed sddm-git and when I start sddm it says
failed to read display number from pipe
stopping display server
could not start display server on vt 2
Anyone know what's wrong?

Does starting it through it's service work?

It just goes to a blank screen with a cursor at the top left

Log in as root and systemctl enable sddm
