39 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Doesn't show up in playback
is noise happening?
Nope
i mean should there be noise happening
Yes
This is all I see
Minecraft should be playing audio
I heard something about missing a package but that was from a friend using Fedora not Arch
do you have pipewire-jack pipewire-pulse installed?
you can use pw-jack to use clients that support jack
it should work without that too.
these show when minecraft is not running too right?
Can you show us pacman -Q | grep pipewire?
Yes
might be a dumb question but i had this issue and it was magically fixed after i restarted have you tried restarting? if that doesnt work another fix for me was opening up my patchbay and manually plugging in my audio output to minecraft, ive never had an issue with it since
Is the problem only on minecraft or the whole system
Only Minecraft
It always happens. I have rebooted many times
what launcher are you using
Prism Launcher
Can the launcher change it?
Just launched with the official launcher, still no audio
Oh I found a fix!
I now have audio working
... solved
