I guess try disabling it. Sorry, searching for info on this specifically isn't bringing up much but I just noticed your image mentions Arco Linux... I also don't know the language used there, looks German.

Another thing you can try is sudo pacman -S archlinux-keyring && sudo pacman -Syu

This being said, I don't know how the problem arises.

But it seems like your issues in particular predate this happening so idk
