i have both 64x32 Lib Imaths installed but when i try running (blender for example) it says its missing

this is also happening with the emulator dolphin, saying im missing avcodec libraries

even tho i have ffmpeg installed. the issue with dolphin is resolved, blender too, im now getting a other error
