Sounds like you're having multi monitor setup issues. But with only the information you provided its kinda hard to find a solution.
For now i'd say you should check your graphics driver. You know, latest version and blah blah.
Also check if your DE settings for your monitors are correctly set in settings.
If you could provide your Xorg logs that'd probably help.
