Does this mean wine couldn't run this app?

#

Is there some other way?

You can try using a wine prefix tool like bottles

Now I am trying to run the windows app with qemu and virtmanager but getting this,
Unable to connect to libvirt qemu:///system.
Authentication unavailable: no polkit agent available to authenticate action 'org.libvirt.unix.manage' How do I fix this error

Please follow the Standard Litany when asking a question:
What was your environment? What was your operating system, configuration?
What did you do? What did you run or test? Where?
What actually happened? What were the exact results, complete log contents, exact error messages?
What did you expect? What were you aiming to achieve? What result were you looking for?

Vague or superficial questions will yield vague or superficial answers. False information leads to false solutions.

I first wanted to make wine work but since it isn't able to run the required app, therefore I installed qemu but after enabling libvirt.service, It was the above error

#

but thankfully now that error is gone after adding user to libvirt group

For that you need a VM.

#

You can go with vbox or kvm

#

Most users just use vbox

#

.aw virtualbox
