Try this: find /var/cache/pacman/pkg/ -iname "*.part" -delete
Then try again

It's not a random command, it's listed on the arch wiki
It deletes partially downloaded packages
"find every file in /var/cache/pacman/pkg/ ending with .part and delete it"
i know but do you really open the arch wiki to see if thats a good command lol

If this doesn't work try pacman-key --refresh-keys
Did you try this? cuz I don't see it in the picture unless you tried it b4 the find command
If so then try: rm -rf /etc/pacman.d/gnupg pacman-key --init pacman-key --populate
