As the title describes, I'm unable to launch Xorg again after installing picom. I have already tried uninstalling it, with no improvement.
Other Info:
- WM/DE: i3
- GPU: Intel HD Graphics 500
- CPU: Intel Celeron N3450
- Distrobution: Vanilla Arch
- Installation Method: Manual (according to the Arch Wiki)
- Kernel Version: 6.1.1-zen1-1-zen (this has also happened with the standard kernel on a previous install)
- Trying to launch another application, WM, DE, etc also fails (ie.
startx kittyfails)
Note: I don't really care about picom much. Being able to launch X is the goal of this post. Being able to use picom would be nice, but isn't absolutely necessary.
I've done my own research, but haven't found any helpful results regarding this issue.
