everything on the custom kernel works fine but the nvidia driver does not work even tho i installed it with DKMS
and, kernel sees 2 threads instead of 4

if u guys gonna come here and say "set maximum amount of CPUs in the config" i already did

its at 4 on the current running kernel

i also did some stuff in the power management too
