I have arch installed on one disk, and win10 on another. I used to keep the win10 disk unplugged because I didn't use it. I was only using arch and everything was fine. Yesterday I decided to re-enable my dual-boot setup. I plugged win10 back, booted on it, all was good. I booted on arch again, and now I have no internet. I sometimes get a local ipv4 address (but no real internet access), and most of the time, nothing at all. I deactivated fast-boot in the bios, fast startup under windows. I have no idea what is causing the problem...
