#systemd-networkd deletes OpenVPN routes on reconfigure

This prevents OpenVPN from reconnecting and it gets stuck in a loop, I guess OpenVPN doesn't expect the route to be gone

I read about the networkd.conf keys ManageForeignRoutes and ManageForeignRoutingPolicyRules but I couldn't find any record of anyone using those so I'm not sure if that's a good way of fixing this and I'm not sure what the implications are

could anyone explain the difference of the two keys for me

the two keys don't even work
