#Volume doesn't start to increase properly until at 15% (PulseAudio)

Is this normal or is it the Pulseaudio "issue"?
At first I thought the speakers weren't working at first, but apparently, when I turn the audio upper at 15%, I start to hear sounds
PS: The audio is actually pretty low compared to what it does in my built-in monitor speakers, which in a lower percentage it was enough to hear properly

It's kinda of the opposite on Windows... On my speaker I'm currently using, at 8% it is enough to make the audio be heard in a certain distance, compared to Arch which it needs to be turned on at 45% to have a decent amount of the volume
And in the monitor speakers (on Windows), I need to change to 43% to make it decent

it seems like the problem of linux. i have used pulseaudio on ubuntu, ~~manjaro ~~, now arch. all of them have this issue iirc (or maybe skill issue )

however it doesn’t really matter that much. all i feel weird is that i have to turn louder volume in linux compared to my iphone or mac even windows
