Hello I am trying to install virtual box following this tutorial https://linuxhint.com/install-virtualbox-arch-linux/. I have created a file in /etc/modules-load.d/virtualbox.conf and typed vboxdrv in it, but for some reason the module aint loaded, Thanks !

As the wiki says, you need the kernel headers so install them
