Tried —populate archlinux, won’t let me sign them

For some reason trying it again worked a little bit further - now it’s not saying can’t sign locally, says trust database cannot be updated. Also disabled revoked keys

Trying it a third time, it has updated the trust database, and yet the keys still do not work..

Another attempt at —refresh-keys has shown it won’t let me update the keys there either when going through refresh
