Failed to load COM32 FIle chain.c32, as well as failing to load vesamenu.c32 [Solved, see reply]

I tried installing arch on my toshiba satellite to the best of my ability. i didnt get any errors with grub or anything else as far as im aware. i double checked to make sure all i followed all the steps in the guide. i cant find anything online thats relevant to this issue

update: turns out, i didnt properly follow the guide woohoo!
i had to install intel-microcode and regenerate my grub config. this fixed the issue
