hyper-v is Microsoft's hypervisor, it's a competitor to VMware and virtualbox, not a renderer
llvm means it's using the cpu for graphics (software renderer)
did you check https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/VMware/Install_Arch_Linux_as_a_guest ?

I don't think so. I didn't try it so I don't know exactly what you need for the graphics. maybe xf86-video-vmware on x11?
