solved (?) attempting to install arch with wifi tgat requires a login page

Is this even possible? My apartment’s wifi has a bunch of verification it needs to do through a browser before connecting. If not, how should I go about installing?

i think it does but it requries some extra config
id just use my phone to tether a hotspot
