i will have to agree with John here centralization better
and also i think this is more
than
You should probably switch this around - centralization is Equality, Independence is Merit
the economists are in agreement, switch up
should be the idea to go with
but it gives flexibility to foremans and individual factoryes and in our current system these are not worker owned so it doesnt give directly anything to the workers
"How should we organize our efforts?"
INDEPENDENT PLANNING
-# Contrast to Coordinated Time Tables
[ Workplace accidents will slightly decrease. ]
[ Trust slightly rises. ]
( Production efficiency is slightly decreased. )
This is a small step towards Equality.
Crosleigh spoke his arguments.
"The formalization and creation of independent planning groups will allow for operations to work on their own schedules and timelines whilst not sacrificing on individual's safety in order to meet quotas. The usage of independent planning groups will also allow for managers to confront problems on a day-to-day basis and provide greater flexibility to foremen than with a more rigid and structured schedule.
Crosleigh stopped for a moment, before continuing.
"Unfortunately, pursuing independent planning will inevitably lead to sacrifices to work efficiency as a whole and lead to continued communication issues between different planning groups, not to mention unexpected setbacks caused by delays and scheduling issues."
Crosleigh completed his statements.
-# Should the appropriate event fire, the Steward and Council will have the option of forming "Planning Committees", further decentralizing operations whilst simultaneously delegating deeper responsibilities to the whole.
